-- In the interest of debunking one of several bogus things to pop up on Facebook involving the Bruins within the last couple of days, Zac Rinaldo will not be wearing the uniform No. 0 for the B’s next season. It was just a rumor without any basis in fact. Zero is the default number given to players on the Bruins app that have yet to choose their uniform number, and there is no number assigned to Rinaldo on the B’s official roster on their team website. So once again, Zac Rinaldo can’t wear 0 and won’t be wearing 0 next season.

-- PHT writer Ryan Dadoun has high-scoring forward Jakub Voracek beginning contract extension talks with the Philadelphia Flyers this week.

-- In the interest of shameless self-promotion, here are some of my thoughts with Toucher and Rich this morning about where the new wingers will fit in the Bruins lineup once training camp breaks in October.

-- A must see flipbook tribute to the Stanley Cup champion Chicago Blackhawks after their third Cup in the last six years.

-- Flames teenager Sam Bennett is embracing a leadership role with the young group taking part in orientation camp with Calgary over the last few weeks.

-- For something completely different: Ghostbusters 2 has been filming all over Boston during last few weeks, and they’ve finally busted out the Ecto 1 vehicle for the new, all-female cast of Ghostbusters. I ain’t afraid of no ghost.
