Bruins will face the Senators in first round of Stanley Cup playoffs

The Bruins now know who their opponent will be when the Stanley Cup Playoffs begin.

The Columbus Blue Jackets defeated the Toronto Maple Leafs 3-2 on Sunday night, paving the way for the Bruins to face the Ottawa Senators in the first round.

Boston lost all four of their games against the Senators during the regular season.

"Our record of 0-4 doesn't really tell the real story, I think," David Krejci told reporters after Thursday night's game against the Senators. "So if it happens that we play them (in the playoffs), I feel confident in this team that we can get the job done."

The Maple Leafs will play the Presidents' Trophy-winning Washington Capitals.
