In what seems to be an endless appeal, Tom Brady and the New England Patriots continue to hold out hope that his four-game suspension gets overturned.
Gary Tanguay doesn't expect the suspension to be wiped out completely, but says there's still a chance.
"Zero games, I think, is highly unlikely," said Tanguay. "I can't see it happening, but there's one thing. There is one thing that I've got to say. If Judge Berman goes to the NFL and says, 'you're gonna lose unless you settle this,' this gives all the leverage to the Brady camp. I think that is the only way Brady gets zero games."
If this case does end up getting to Judge Berman, Trenni Kusnierek believes Brady's chances increase dramatically.
"People need to remember, this isn't about Brady's guilt or innocence. This is about essentially due process," explained Kusnierek. "Did the NFL follow protocol and punish Brady to the letter of NFL law?"
