Boston Bruins star Brad Marchand injected some much-needed energy into TD Garden by scoring a phenomenal goal in the second period of Monday night's Game 5.
The Bruins winger skated right around Islanders defenseman Ryan Pulock and then beat goaltender Semyon Varlamov with an effective move in front of the net.

The tally evened the score at two and came at the perfect time for the Bruins as the Islanders had taken a 2-1 lead not long before Marchand's display of skill.
This second-round playoff series was even at two wins apiece entering Game 5.
