Report: Hernandez lawyer says Belichick was subpoenaed for trial

Aaron Hernandez's attorney Jose Baez said Bill Belichick was subpoenaed for Hernandez's double murder trial, according to a WBZ-TV report, but the case moved on without the Patriots coach. 

Hernandez, the former Patriots tight end coached by Belichick, is already is serving a life sentence for the murder of Odin Lloyd in July 2013. Hernandez is now on trial of killing Daniel de Abreu and Safiro Furtado in Boston in July 2012.
