Awesome Red Sox 2018 World Series documentary trailer relives final out

Exactly one month from Wednesday, the Boston Red Sox became World Series champions.

So, what better way to celebrate than to relive it?

Major League Baseball released a minute-long teaser video Wednesday previewing its official World Series documentary, "The 2018 World Series: Damage Done," which chronicles how the juggernaut Red Sox rolled to a World Series title over the Los Angeles Dodgers.

And to be honest, it has us way too fired up.

The teaser focuses on the final out of Game 5, when Chris Sale struck out Manny Machado to clinch Boston's ninth World Series championship.

Fortunately, fans won't have to wait long to see the whole thing. The Emerson Colonial Theatre in Boston's Theater District will show a live screening of the documentary on Monday, Dec. 3.

The screening will be quite the event: Red carpet festivities begin at 6 p.m. ET -- manager Alex Cora, president of baseball operations Dave Dombrowski and team president Sam Kennedy all will be in attendance -- before the film begins at 7 p.m. ET.

Tickets are available at $30 a pop, but the DVD and Blu-Ray version also comes out Tuesday if you'd rather watch in the comfort of your living room.
