Flynn: What would it take for both sides to settle the case?

It's clear that Judge Richard Berman wants the NFL and NFLPA to settle their case. He made that clear in the hearing Wednesday when he criticized both parties –- what many see as an attempt to nudge both sides towards an agreement.

But what would it actually take for both sides to settle?

"I cannot believe the NFL would agree to a settlement where they don’t at least get a game," Mike Flynn said. "To me, they have everything to lose. As I read the script, as I see this, there's no evidence for me to see Brady knew about this. I had questions in terms of how much did he cooperate in the investigation? At the end of the day when I look at the actual evidence, I don’t see it. I don’t see at least enough to suspend the guy."
