Less than three weeks after acquiring Zoran Dragic from the Miami Heat, the Celtics announced Monday they have waived the guard.
The Celtics traded a second-round pick and cash for the 6-foot-5-inch guard/forward.
Dragic appeared in 16 games last season split between Phoenix and Miami and averaged 1.8 points per game.
