The New England Patriots are officially postseason bound.
The Patriots clinched a spot in the playoffs with their 50-10 beatdown of the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday. The win bumped Bill Belichick’s squad to 10-6 on the season as they sit in the No. 5 seed in the AFC.
Mac Jones got back on track, finishing 22 of 30 for 227 yards and three touchdowns. Jakobi Meyers had eight catches for 73 yards and a touchdown, while Kristian Wilkerson, freshly promoted from the practice squad, grabbed four catches for 42 yards and two touchdowns in his first NFL contest.

In the ground game, Damien Harris rushed for 35 yards and two touchdowns early before the Patriots handing duties off to Rhamondre Stevenson, who tallied 107 yards and two scores of his own. Defensively, the Pats picked off Trevor Lawrence three times, including another interception for J.C. Jackson.
New England wraps up the regular season the same way it started -- with a matchup against the Miami Dolphins. After ripping off seven consecutive wins, the Dolphins fell to the Tennessee Titans 34-3 in Week 17, eliminating them from the playoffs.
While the Patriots already have a playoff spot, their seeding is on the line in Week 18 and there is still a chance for the Pats to get the AFC East. However, they need a win and the Buffalo Bills to lose to the New York Jets in order to grab the division title.
