Thursday was a special day for 91-year-old Boston Celtics legend Bob Cousy.
The Boston Celtics legend visited the White House on Thursday afternoon to accept his Presidential Medal of Freedom, the United States' highest civilian honor. The medal recognizes those who make “an especially meritorious contribution to the security or national interests of the United States, world peace, cultural or other significant public or private endeavors.”
