Krejci, Colin Miller skate for Bruins, both game-time decisions

BOSTON – It looks like the Bruins may be getting some bodies back for Game 3 against the Ottawa Senators, but their back end is still going to be banged-up and undermanned as the Bruins called up both Tommy Cross and Matt Grzelcyk on emergency recall from Providence.

David Krejci and Colin Miller participated in the morning skate at TD Garden and will be "game-time decisions" for tonight’s Game 3 while Torey Krug (lower body), Adam McQuaid (upper body) and Brandon Carlo (upper body) were all still missing from the ice while being considered “day-to-day.”

Noel Acciari has been “cleared to play” and the expectation is he’s going to bring his blue-collar physicality to a re-formed checking line with Dominic Moore and Riley Nash.

Krejci centered Drew Stafford and David Backes at the Garden skate and practiced on the second power-play unit, so it looked like there was a pretty decent chance he could be making his series debut.

Meanwhile, it also looked like Cross could be in for the Bruins while Colin Miller (lower body) wasn’t participating in line rushes. Cross has been a longtime staple for the P-Bruins, but this would be a Stanley Cup playoff debut for the former BC standout Here are the projected Bruins line combos and D-pairings based on morning skate:
