This might be hard to believe, but it's been an entire decade since the New England Patriots defeated the Tennessee Titans 59-0 in a snowstorm at Gillette Stadium during the 2009 NFL season.
Friday marks the 10th anniversary of the Oct. 18, 2009 matchup.
Patriots quarterback Tom Brady gave a fantastic performance in the harsh weather conditions. He completed 29 of 34 pass attempts for 380 yards with six (!) touchdowns and zero interceptions. Five of those touchdowns came in the second quarter, which you can watch in the highlight video below:
New England set a franchise record with 619 yards of offense, and the 59-point margin of victory tied for the largest since the AFL-NFL merger in 1970.
The 2009 Patriots season ultimately ended in bitter disappointment with a home loss to the Baltimore Ravens in the AFC Wild Card round, but for that one snowy afternoon in Foxboro, all was well in New England.
