FOXBORO -- The Patriots came back from the bye in a big way Tuesday, holding a full-pads practice on the field behind Gillette Stadium.
Four players were absent at the start of the session: Tight end Aaron Hernandez, running back Brandon Bolden, linebacker Tracy White, and defensive lineman Trevor Scott.
Cornerback Kyle Arrington, who suffered a concussion against the Rams, was on the field.
Though Hernandez has been dealing with an ankle injury, his brother DJ sent a congratulatory tweet regarding the birth of Aaron's daughter Avielle. The tight end's absence is thus likely excused Tuesday, but should be regarded mutually exclusive to his health status.
Bolden has been sidelined with a knee injury suffered in Seattle in Week 6. White's had a foot injury since Week 5. Scott has been dealing with an injured hamstring suffered Week 7 against the Jets.
