Aaron Hernandez will miss his fifth game of the 2012 season Sunday according to a source.
Initially injured early in the season's second game, Hernandez returned to play against the Jets three weeks ago but sat out the game in London against the Rams.
Hernandez had limited participation in each of the Patriots practices this week and is listed as questionable.

Adam Schefter of ESPN, citing a source familiar with Hernandez's injury, initially reported that Hernandez would likely sit out.
Apparently to make up for the loss of Hernandez, the Patriots activated veteran tight end Visanthe Shiancoe from injured reserve and he's expected to be available on Sunday.
Hernandez has 17 catches so far this season.
