The Boston Celtics reportedly signing Robert Williams to a four-year contract extension earned Jayson Tatum's stamp of approval.
Shortly after ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski reported Williams' $54 million deal, Tatum took to Twitter with a congratulatory message for his teammate.

"Man Iām so happy for dawg! Enjoy it, you earned it 1st of many for sure!!" he wrote.
"My brother forever!! Preciate it" Williams responded.
Also chiming in to congratulate Williams was fellow Celtics big man Al Horford:
Williams had a strong reaction of his own.
"Man [expletive] done got serious," the Celtics center tweeted.

Time Lord's extension is the second handed out by the C's this week. On Monday, they inked Marcus Smart to a four-year extension worth $77 million. Tatum made sure to congratulate the veteran guard on his new deal as well.
The Celtics' 2021-22 season is set to begin Oct. 20 when they visit Kemba Walker, Evan Fournier and the New York Knicks.
