Safe to say Ray Allen is officially back in the good graces of Boston Celtics fans.
The 2008 NBA champion is among the most notable attendees at TD Garden for Game 6 of the 2022 NBA Finals as the Celtics try and extend the series and ultimately capture their first title since Allen rocked green more than a decade ago.

Allen seems to be back in the good graces of Boston fans -- as well as his 2008 teammates -- after he attended the jersey retirement ceremony of Kevin Garnett in March.

Allen hit one of the most iconic shots in Finals history in a Game 6...for the Miami Heat, forcing overtime with a 3-pointer from the corner with 5.2 seconds left, helping the Heat stave off elimination and force a seventh game they'd go on to win and capture back-to-back titles. There's also symbolism in Allen being present to witness Stephen Curry, who broke Allen's record for 3-point field goals earlier this season.
The star power hardly begins and ends with Allen when it comes to who's at TD Garden for Game 6, however. Several other members of the 2008 Celtics are in the building, including Glen "Big Baby" Davis, Kendrick Perkins, Leon Powe and former GM Danny Ainge -- not to mention Eddie House and Brian Scalabrine as part of NBC Sports Boston's coverage.
Plenty of other players to win championships for other Boston teams are there, including Devin McCourty, Patrice Bergeron, Duron Harmon, Jackie Bradley Jr. and Chris Sale. Other Boston athletes in attendance include Charlie McAvoy, Damien Harris, Byron Cowart, Connor Clifton, Nick Foligno and numerous members of the Red Sox.
With the U.S. Open just miles away at The Country Club in Brookline, Rory McIlroy -- who is just one stroke off the lead after Round 1 Thursday -- is at TD Garden, while many members of the St. Louis Cardinals, highlighted by the great Albert Pujols, are also under the rafters.
Pujols, 42, played against the Red Sox in the 2004 World Series for the Cardinals, who were swept away as Boston won its first title in 86 years.
Musically, members of the Dave Matthews Band have shipped up to Boston ahead of a show at the Xfinity Center in Mansfield on Friday. Rappers Gucci Mane and G-Eazy are also in the house.
