It looks like Marcus Smart may need to review his knowledge of the Wahlbergs.
A day after the Boston Celtics were able to dispatch the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden, Smart tweeted out a few sentiments he helds after the game. He congratulated Tacko Fall in the tweet but also tagged Mark Wahlberg to thank him for supporting the team at the game.
There was only one problem...that's not Mark Wahlberg. It's his brother, Donnie Wahlberg.
Smart would delete the tweet shortly after it was posted and corrected it, mentioning the correct Wahlberg this time around.
This obviously isn't a big deal, and it was an honest mistake. But it is amusing nonetheless.
And it's nice to see Smart shouting out his teammates. He is doing a lot to emerge as a leader of this squad and he is certainly doing a good job of that through three games.
