FINAL SCORE: Rockets 115, Celtics 104
IN BRIEF: The Celtics were down by more than 20 in the second half, but made a furious rally late to cut the lead down to eight after James Harden fouled out with 1:43 to go. But it wasn't enough to dig out of the massive hole, as Boston has now lost 5 of 6 since the All-Star break. The Rockets shot an astounding 21 of 51 from three-point range, including an 8 for 12 effort from Eric Gordon (32 points) and 6 for 18 from Harden (42). Not exactly what Boston was hoping for ahead of this week's crucial west coast road trip.
