The New England Revolution on Friday exercised the 2013 options on 15 players from its 2012 roster, while declining options on four others.
Coming back to the Revs are goalkeepers Matt Reis and Bobby Shuttleworth.
The defense will look familiar with the return of Kevin Alston, Darrius Barnes, Stephen McCarthy, A.J. Soares and Chris Tierney.
The returning midfielders are Ryan Guy, Lee Nguyen, Sainey Nyassi, Clyde Simms and Juan Toja.
Up front, forwards Diego Fagundez, Dimitry Imbongo and Saer Sene will also be back in New England.
But not everyone had their options picked up. The Revs declined the options on midfielders Fernando Cardenas, Benny Feilhaber and Blair Gavin, as well as goalkeeper Tim Murray.
Three players were already until contract for next season: forward Jerry Bengtson, midfielder Kelyn Rowe, and defender Tyler Polak.
The roster currently has 20 players, including two who already signed this off-season: Kalifa Cisse and Andy Dorman.
The coaching staff saw a shake up as well with the Revs parting ways with reserve team coach David Vaudreuil. There is currently a search for a new assistant coach.
