The 2021 NHL trade deadline has passed, and we saw several impactful moves made over the last week by contending teams hoping to make a run to the Stanley Cup Final.
The East Division contenders, including the Boston Bruins, New York Islanders and Washington Capitals, all were aggressive in upgrading their scoring depth for the playoffs. Several other teams with real championship hopes, including the Colorado Avalanche and Tampa Bay Lightning, also addressed key roster weaknesses with trades.
