Bruins vs. Leafs live stream: Watch Stanley Cup playoffs Game 3 online

The Boston Bruins and Toronto Maple Leafs split the first two games of their first-round Stanley Cup playoffs series at TD Garden, and now the action shifts to Canada for Monday night's Game 3 at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto.

When a series is tied 1-1, the winner of Game 3 goes on to advance 67.9 percent of the time. The Bruins lost home ice advantage when the Leafs won 4-1 in the series opener, so Boston has to take at least one game in Toronto to reach the Eastern Conference semifinals in back-to-back seasons.

The physicality of the series went up several levels in Boston's Game 2 victory. Leafs forward Nazem Kadri was ejected for a cross check to the head of Bruins forward Jake DeBrusk, and he's expected to be suspended for at least Game 3. If Kadri is banned, young Leafs star Auston Matthews will need to step up his performance. The 21-year-old center scored 37 goals during the regular season but has only one goal and one assist in nine playoff games against the Bruins going back to last season. He's scoreless in the first two games of this series.

Here's how and when to watch Bruins vs. Leafs Game 3 online.
