Who said Mac Jones can't throw the ball downfield?

Jones completed a two-point conversion to Jakobi Meyers to give the Patriots a 29-26 lead, stunning a Cowboys team that had just gone in front on a Trevon Diggs pick-six moments earlier.
Jones has developed a reputation as a conservative NFL quarterback, but his bomb to Bourne might change that. The 75-yard strike was the longest of Jones' young NFL career by more than 35 yards and the longest by a New England QB in four seasons.
Not bad for a guy who entered the game averaging just 9.2 yards per completion.
The Cowboys later forced overtime on a Greg Zuerlein field goal, so Jones will have the opportunity to play hero at Gillette Stadium.
