Richard Seymour was fined 15,000 for two offenses in last Sunday's game against the Patriots, according to ESPNBoston.com.
The defensive lineman was fined 7,500 for unnecessary roughness against Tom Brady and 7,500 for a facemask penalty against BenJarvus Green-Ellis.
"They said that they blew the whistle, but it was so loud I never heard a whistle," Seymour said regarding the unnecessary roughness penalty. "The ref said it was unnecessary roughness, but I was like, 'He wasn't down,' but they said I tried to sling him down, or whatever the case."
