INDIANAPOLIS - Tiquan Underwood was at Lucas Oil Stadium on Saturday and participated in team photos in advance of Super Bowl XLVI but he won't be on the field Sunday. Underwood, a role-playing wideout for the Patriots, was released Saturday afternoon. The Patriots filled his spot by elevating defensive end Alex Silvestro from the practice squad.
Silvestro may have been elevated to help with the defensive line rotation on what promises to be an exhausting night.
