FOXBORO -- Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez will miss Sunday's game against the Colts as expected. The ankle injury he suffered in Week 2 has kept him out of six games (not consecutive) this season.
Pat Chung is also among the seven sidelined. The safety injured his shoulder against Seattle and hasn't seen a snap since, though there's some intrigue to today's deactivation.
Chung was seen, wearing jeans and a sweatshirt, being given a ride on a golf cart toward the locker room some three hours before the game. He amped up the drama by tweeting "Gotta love business" not long after and then deleting the post almost immediately.
It's likely Devin McCourty will start at safety with Steve Gregory yet again.
The offensive line will be without guards Logan Mankins (anklecalf) and Dan Connolly (back) who both did not practice Wednesday and Thursday last week.
