Basketball is secondary on a day when so many people are hurting deeply by a national tragedy that cost 28 people their lives, including 20 elementary school students.
"Today has been a crazy day," Garnett said. "I just want to say my condolences go out to the families in Connecticut. Anybody that has kids, niece, any kind of siblings, any kind ofsomeone they love, it's just been a tough day. I just want to get it off my chest and say my condolences to all the parents out there."
