New Boston Celtics head coach Ime Udoka reportedly bolstered his staff on Tuesday.
According to ESPN's Marc J. Spears, the C's hired Aaron Miles and Garrett Jackson as assistants. Both, like Udoka, are natives are Portland, Ore.

Miles, 38, was hired by the Golden State Warriors as a player development coach in 2019. Previously, he was head coach of the Santa Cruz Warriors of the NBA G League.
Jackson, 29, played college basketball at USC and Saint Mary's before enjoying a brief professional career overseas from 2015-18.
With Miles and Jackson on board, Udoka's coaching staff is coming together. Damon Stoudamire and Will Hardy already were hired as assistant coaches with longtime assistants on Brad Stevens' staff, Jay Larranaga and Jamie Young, departing.
