The Celtics plan to sign former Boston University forward John Holland from the Canton Charge of the NBA Developmental League to a two-year deal with the second-year non-guaranteed, Shams Charania of Yahoo’s The Vertical reports.
Holland, 6-5, 205 pounds, averaged 16 points and 3.1 rebounds a game for Canton and was the America East Conference player of the year in 2011 when he led BU to an NCAA Tournament appearance.
