NBA Draft Lottery 2019: Live stream, TV info, start time for event

The power balance of the NBA could shift Tuesday night in Chicago.

That may seem like hyperbole, but Zion Williamson has franchise-altering potential, and whichever team wins Tuesday's 2019 NBA Draft Lottery will have first dibs on the Duke star.

We know that team won't be the Celtics, but Boston could walk away from Tuesday's lottery with as many as two selections thanks to the Sacramento Kings and Memphis Grizzlies. (More on that here.)

Here are the Celtics' odds of landing each pick:

#2 pick — 1.1%
#3 pick — 1.2%
#4 pick — 1.4%
#9 pick — 34.1%
#10 pick — 8.0%
#11 pick — 0.5%
#12 pick — #14 pick — 95.2%

The order of the top 14 picks in the 2019 NBA Draft will be revealed in reverse order, starting at No. 14 and ending with the No. 1 pick.

The revealing process is scheduled to begin at 8:30 p.m. ET. You can also tune into NBC Sports Boston at 8:30 p.m. ET for a special edition of "Celtics Post Up" with Kyle Draper, Brian Scalabrine, A. Sherrod Blakely and Chris Forsberg, as they react live to the lottery results.
