Gordon Hayward had quite the productive off day Thursday.
Hayward's wife, Robyn, gave birth to a baby girl Thursday, according to her Instagram post Friday. Nora Mae Hayward is Gordon and Robyn's third child together, joining Bernie and Charlie.
"Our sweet Nora Mae was a little stubborn on wanting to join us, but she was worth the wait," Robyn wrote in her post. "Yesterday was a special day. "

Hayward didn't travel with the Celtics to Atlanta last weekend for Saturday night's game against the Hawks due to personal reasons. It was assumed his absence was due to he and Robyn expecting their child, and that appears to be the case, as Nora Mae came a few days later than the couple expected.
The Celtics have practice Friday but no game, as the 28-year-old forward can spend time with the newest addition to the family before Saturday's showdown with the Golden State Warriors at TD Garden.
UPDATE (2:50 p.m. ET): Hayward intends to play Saturday night, according to NBC Sports Boston's A. Sherrod Blakely.
