2020 NBA restart: First look at Orlando arenas where Celtics will play

Tacko Fall won't have to worry about leg room on the Boston Celtics' bench in the Orlando bubble.

Reporters got their first glimpse Tuesday at the arenas where 22 teams will play their games during the 2020 NBA season restart.

As is expected in the era of COVID-19, the setup differs from a typical NBA arena -- most notably in the bench area, where chairs are stationed six feet apart so players and coaches can maintain physical distancing.

ESPN's Malika Andrews shared photos of one of the new Orlando arenas Tuesday.

"Black Lives Matter" also is written on the court as the NBA commits to highlighting racial and social justice in the bubble.

Sports Illustrated's Chris Mannix offered a video tour of the court, which is devoid of any team branding.

Indeed, teams won't have any traditional "home court advantage" during the NBA restart, as they'll play games at neutral sites in front of no fans. As Mannix relayed, the arenas' lower sections are reserved for "Tier 1" individuals in the bubble, while "Tier 2" individuals have the upper sections.

The new court looks pretty sleek, and the Celtics will put it to use soon: They'll scrimmage the Oklahoma City Thunder on Friday at 5 p.m. ET before beginning their "seeding" round schedule next Friday, July 31, against the Milwaukee Bucks.
