The 2023 World Baseball Classic will take place in Taichung, Taiwan, Tokyo, Phoenix, and Miami. Tournament qualifiers are scheduled for Sept. 2022 and the pool tournament will be held in March 2023.
Team USA won the event in 2017. They'll look to defend that title with Story joining a squad captained by Los Angeles Angels superstar Mike Trout.
