It’s win or go home for the winter for the Red Sox as they return to Fenway Park and send Clay Buchholz to the mound in Game 3 of the ALDS against the Indians (6:08 p.m.) trailing the best-of-five series, 2-0.
The Indians counter with right-hander Josh Tomlin, who was a college teammate of Buchholz.
After a day off Saturday, followed by a rainout Sunday, the Red Sox go with the same lineup they’ve been using in the series, including Brock Holt at third batting second and rookie Andrew Benintendi in left, htting seventh.
