Dennis Seidenberg was once again a full participant in morning skate at TD Garden, but the optimism that hell play vs. the Islanders tonight has been kicked up a notch. The German defenseman has missed two games with a lower body injury termed more precautionary than serious, but has been a full participant in practice this week.

Seidenberg skated with Dougie Hamilton in line rushes in the pairing that opened last weekend against the Rangers, and should be a pretty good sign that things are about to get back to normal for Bostons defensemen pairings. It also appears that Tuukka Rask will get his fourth straight start to begin Bostons season as he was the first goaltender off the ice at morning skate.
