Watch Cam's first TD (and celebration) with Pats

Cam Newton reveals what he’s most excited about with the Patriots offense as the team prepares for Week 1 of the regular season.

Looks like Cam Newton's legs still work.

The Patriots quarterback found the end zone early in the second quarter of his New England debut, cruising for a 4-yard touchdown on a designed run to the right side against the Miami Dolphins at Gillette Stadium.

Newton's score was the 59th rushing touchdown of his career, which is the most by a quarterback in NFL history.

The QB followed the TD with a great celebration, too, paying homage to late "Black Panther" star Chadwick Boseman with a "Wakanda Forever" salute before unleashing a massive spike that Rob Gronkowski would be proud of.

Newton's easy TD run also gave Newton 26 rushing yards on just four attempts at the time, as the 31-year-old QB rumbled for a 17-yard gain on his first rush as a Patriot.

It's safe to say this offense will look very different than it has for the last two decades with Tom Brady under center.

UPDATE (2:40 p.m. ET): Newton is off and running in New England.

The Patriots QB added a second rushing touchdown in the third quarter with this 11-yard dash to the right pylon:

This is Newton's seventh regular season game with at least two rushing TDs.
