Patriots injury report: Gilmore limited with hamstring issue

Tom Curran explains how seeing Tom Brady play for the Buccaneers for the first time might affect Patriots fans.

Another notable New England Patriots player has been added to the injury report ahead of Sunday's Week 1 matchup vs. the Miami Dolphins.

All-Pro cornerback Stephon Gilmore was added to Thursday's injury report and listed as limited with a hamstring injury. Joining Gilmore as new additions to the injury report were rookie tight end Dalton Keene (neck) and linebacker Cassh Maluia (knee). Wide receiver Julian Edelman (knee) was limited for the second straight day.

The injury to Gilmore is worth monitoring leading up to Sunday. If the 2019 Defensive Player of the Year is hampered by the injury or forced to miss the game, Dolphins wideout DeVante Parker could make it a long day for the Pats defense.

Also worth noting is offensive tackle Yodny Cajuste missing practice again with a knee injury and officially being placed on injured reserve.
