FORT MYERS, Fla. -- The Sox released the list of pitchers set to pitch in Thursday's college doubleheader against Boston College and Northeastern.
The club has decided to use all relievers -- for an inning apiece -- in the two seven-inning games.
Against Northeastern, the Sox will use Joel Hanrahan; Daniel Bard; Andrew Miller; Alex Wilson; Clayton Mortensen; Pedro Beato; and Anthony Carter.
Against BC, the Sox will throw Koji Uehaha; Andrew Bailey; Oscar Villareal; Terry Doyle; Jose De La Torre; Junichi Tazawa and one pitcher to be determined.
Meanwhile position players will get "at least two at-bats," according to manager John Farrell.
"We'll have a number of guys come up from the minor league side to help us finish the games," added John Farrell.
