The Wild tried to clear the puck with the Bruins on the power play, but Bergeron got his stick on it to ensure the B's maintained puck possession. David Pastrnak eventually found Taylor Hall, who beat Wild goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury to give Boston a 4-3 victory at TD Garden.

Bergeron's play was critical because less than 20 seconds were on the clock when it happened. If he doesn't get a stick on that puck, the game goes into a shootout.
The win gives the Bruins a 5-1-0 record to begin the 2022-23 season, good enough for first place in the Atlantic Division.
