One potential Boston Bruins trade target already is off the board as the NHL prepares for an eventful week.
The Columbus Blue Jackets traded Josh Anderson to the Montreal Canadiens on Tuesday for Max Domi and a third-round pick in the 2020 draft. Anderson was a subject of B's trade rumors last winter and was considered a possible target for Boston again this offseason.

Anderson played in only 26 games during the 2019-20 campaign as he underwent season-ending shoulder surgery in March. The year prior, Anderson played in all 82 games and tallied 27 goals with 20 assists.
There still are some intriguing options potentially on the market if the Bruins look to add some scoring heading into next season. The 2020 NHL Draft is set to begin Tuesday night at 7 p.m. NHL free agency opens Friday at noon.
