No lineup changes at quick Bruins practice

WILMINGTON, Mass. – The Bruins had a brief practice to get the blood flowing after Wednesday night’s win over the Pittsburgh Penguins, it had a relaxed feel to it with a large group of Bruins’ dads watching the team practice at Ristuccia Arena. The Black and Gold have an early afternoon flight to Carolina and a team dinner planned on Thursday night in Raleigh/Durham with all of the Bruins players’ dads, the first time they’ve done a father’s trip with the players since Claude Julien started coaching the team.

“We’ll get to meet them all today, and see where all of those [player] personalities are coming from,” said Julien with a smile.

The lines and defensemen pairings were the same as they’ve been over the last few days, and it certainly appeared that the B’s would feature the same lineup against the Carolina Hurricanes on Friday night.

After all, why mess with the way Boston played in a playoff intensity environment at TD Garden in Wednesday night’s win over the Penguins?

Here are the line combos and D-pairings from Thursday’s quick skate in Wilmington:
