Friday, Feb. 10: What if Rangers were run like Knicks?

Here are all the links from around the hockey world, and what I’m reading, while appreciating the emailed statement from Claude Julien yesterday. What a classy guy.

*The New York Post ask a scary question: What if Dolan’s Rangers were run just like the New York Knicks.

*The CEO for the Arizona Coyotes said the relocation rumors to Seattle and Portland couldn’t be further from the truth.

*The Top 5 trade destinations for Matt Duchene when the Colorado Avalanche decide to make a move with him.

*Ottawa Senators and Massachusetts-born goalie Mike Condon is leaving his future in the organization in the hands of his agent.

*Wayne Gretzky clearly made the right choice to play hockey, but he said that he always wanted to play baseball for the Detroit Tigers.

*TSN has put together a trade deadline playbook for the Eastern Conference and the Bruins top off the list.

Bruins' lack of accountability over drafting and developing is concerning

Should Bruins consider Mike Sullivan as a head coach candidate?

*Congrats to Bruins defenseman Andrew Ference, who will be heading the Alberta Sports Development Agency now that his playing days are over.

*Give Toronto Maple Leafs radio play-by-play guy Joe Bowen credit for not backing down from the challenge when he asked to dab.

*Good piece from FOH (Friend of Haggs) Dave Stubbs on the Kraut Line being carried off the ice in Montreal as they went off to serve in World War II.

*For something completely different: Some Bruins fans may wonder what our beloved “Bish” is up to these days. Here he is re-watching the Phantom Menace and appreciating it more over time. I can’t say I agree with him, but it’s a thoughtful take all the same.
