Bruins vs. Blues live stream: Watch 2019 Stanley Cup Final Game 5 online

The 2019 Stanley Cup Final has shifted to TD Garden for Game 5, and all the focus is on Boston Bruins defenseman Zdeno Chara.

Boston’s captain reportedly broke his jaw in the team’s 4-2 loss to the St. Louis Blues in Game 4, and yet there’s a chance he plays Thursday night with the series even at two wins apiece.

Bruins coach Bruce Cassidy said after Thursday’s optional morning skate that Chara is a game-time decision. Bruins defenseman Matt Grzelcyk also is a game-time decision, per Cassidy. Grzelcyk hasnt played in this series since Game 2 when he exited in the first period after taking a hard hit from behind. He’s been in the concussion protocol ever since.

Oddsmakers still peg the Bruins as favorites in this series, and having two of the final three games on home ice is one reason for that. However, the Blues should be confident in their ability to win Game 5 after a strong performance Monday night in St. Louis, in addition to their impressive overtime victory at TD Garden in Game 2.

The winner of this matchup will head to St. Louis with a chance to hoist the Stanley Cup in Game 6 on Sunday night.
