Brad Marchand admits Bruins may have underestimated Maple Leafs

Game 1 vs. the Maple Leafs didn't go as planned for the Boston Bruins.

The Leafs cruised to a 4-1 win Thursday night at TD Garden thanks to 21-year-old phenom Mitch Marner, who notched two goals in Toronto's victory.

After the B's loss, Brad Marchand confessed that they may have entered the first-round series expecting an easier matchup.

Marchand assisted on the Bruins' only goal of the game, scored by Patrice Bergeron in the first period.

The B's will look to avoid going down 2-0 in the series on Saturday at 8:00 p.m.
