David Pastrnak is getting his money's worth at 2019 NHL All-Star Weekend.
The Boston Bruins' lone All-Star representative won the NHL's Accuracy Shooting contest Friday night at the All-Star Skills Competition, taking down the likes of Auston Matthews, Joe Pavelski, and Kris Letang to earn first prize (and a cool $25,000).
Pastrnak will be back on the ice Saturday night at San Jose's SAP Center representing the Atlantic Division at the 2019 NHL All-Star Game.
Like last year, the format for the "game" is a bracket-style mini-tournament: The Central and Pacific Division teams will play each other first, followed by the Atlantic and Metropolitan Divisions. The two winning teams then face off in the final.
Pastrnak's Atlantic squad (full roster here) takes the ice at 9:15 p.m. ET against the Metropolitan club, but NBC's coverage of the festivities starts at 8 p.m. ET.
Those watching online will see a cool new feature, too: NBC will roll out new puck and player technology on its live stream that will show fans elements like skating speed, shot speed, skating distance and shift times.
Here's how and when to catch all the action at the 2019 NHL All-Star Game.
