Patriots linebacker Matt Judon raved about the young quarterback Wednesday during his appearance on "Felger & Mazz." Asked to share his thoughts on Jones, Judon immediately described him with one word.

"Baller," Judon said.

"Mac is a very cool dude. He's a great leader, very intelligent on the game, where the ball needs to go, and everything like that. I love Mac as a quarterback and as a person, and I think he's going to be great for New England. I think he's going to be great for our offense, and I think he's going to be just a great player individually."

Jones completed 67.6% of his passes for 3,801 yards, 22 touchdowns, and 11 interceptions during his rookie season. The 23-year-old was selected to the Pro Bowl as a replacement for injured Baltimore Ravens QB Lamar Jackson. There, he showed off his unique personality with his "Griddy" dance in the end zone.

Judon also enjoyed an encouraging first season in New England. He was named to his third consecutive Pro Bowl after tallying 12.5 sacks.
