Rich Shertenlieb from Toucher & Rich went back and forth with the fan who took the picture of Patriots fans with NFL commissioner Roger Goodell at Gillette Stadium on Thursday night.
The fan -- belligerent in his e-mail exchanges with Rich -- said he and his friends were 'drunk as f' when they happened upon Goodell and asked for the picture.
