Twitter roasts Chargers for horrendous first half vs. Patriots

The New England Patriots completed one of the most dominant 30 minutes of playoff football the NFL has seen in a long time Sunday.

They led the Los Angeles Chargers 35-7 at halftime of their AFC Divisional Round playoff game at Gillette Stadium, highlighted by three rushing touchdowns by Patriots rookie running back Sony Michel. New England, at one point, had 21 first downs when the Chargers had run just 20 plays.

The Patriots defense was solid as well, with the unit pressuring and frustrating Chargers quarterback Philip Rivers on many of his snaps.

Social media didn't shy away from roasting the Chargers for their lackluster first half. Here's some of the best Twitter reaction to the Patriots' incredible start.
