Trump disinvites Eagles from White House

President Trump has revoked the Eagles' invitation to the White House due to a dispute over the National Anthem.

The Eagles were supposed to celebrate their Super Bowl victory at the White House on Tuesday, but Trump disinvited the team because of their anthem protests. Instead, the White House will hold a ceremony "with the United States Marine Band and the United States Army Chorus to celebrate America."

Eagles players, namely Chris Long and Malcolm Jenkins, have been vocal about the NFL's new anthem policy which requires players to stand while the anthem is played if they come out onto the field. When the new anthem policy was announced.

Miek Garafalo said on NFL Network that while he didn't have an exact number on the number of players who planned to attend, it was "less than 10."
