Lamar Jackson earned the respect of a lot of people during the Baltimore Ravens' upset of the New England Patriots on Sunday night.
But the Ravens QB apparently had a fan in Tom Brady before the game even started.
Showtime's "Inside the NFL" posted a teaser clip Tuesday on Twitter that shows the Patriots QB seeking out Jackson before the game at M&T Bank Stadium to tell him he's a "big fan."
"You're doing some great stuff," Brady tells Jackson. "Keep it up, man!"
A personal endorsement from the greatest quarterback of all time? Not a bad way for a 22-year-old kid to start his night.
Unfortunately for Brady's Patriots, Jackson did, in fact, "keep it up," tallying three total touchdowns (one passing, two rushing) in Baltimore's 37-20 victory.
But defeat didn't change Brady's view of Jackson, as the 42-year-old QB also sought out the young gunslinger after the game to congratulate him on the win.
