Tom Brady and Aqib Talib still have the utmost respect for one another.

During Super Bowl LIII Opening Night, the two looked back fondly on their time as teammates in 2012 and 2013. Talib said of Brady, "He'd complete every ball thrown on my side [during practice], he's the G.O.A.T. He's the best." Brady followed by telling an amazing story from the day the Patriots acquired Talib in a trade with the Buccaneers.

"I remember Coach Belichick brought him over to see if he could play receiver after practice," Brady said.

"I got all excited, I thought was going to have my own receiver package, Tom was throwing me passes," Talib added. "So I can really say I caught passes from Tom Brady."

When asked how Talib's hands were, Brady said, "He could have been as good of a receiver as he is a corner." Talib appreciated Brady's compliment.
